| Policy on photo/art usage. |
[Jun. 4th, 2016|03:28 pm] |
Please do not download or use any of my photographs or artwork without my permission.
Here's the thing: if you are courteous and ask if you may save one of my photos/artworks, I will most likely say yes.
If you don't ask or just tell me 'Haha I'm taking this,' then I will be pissed off.
( There are a couple of reasons why I make this request )
~~~
I suppose I should make a disclaimer to go with everything I post...but not only is that annoying, people are just going to disregard it anyway.
If you really want a copy of a photo or artwork, I am more than happy to make high-quality prints at a reasonable price.
Please do not download or use any of my photographs or artwork without my permission. |
Happy birthday, ebonyserpent!
 Here is the uncolored lineart, if you'd like to color your own version.
This is my first time trying to draw these guys, so I hope it looks sufficiently like them! I also tried to draw something that could be interpreted as either slash or gen. :D |
Books read in 2009
( Jan - September )
OCTOBER 90. Roadmarks by Roger Zelazny - BRILLIANT! This is a sci-fi(?) fantasy(?) surreal(?) story of travelers on a road that runs through time, with all of the exits being routes to alternate timelines in earth's history.
91. The Convenient Marriage by Georgette Heyer - A Georgian era romantic comedy of errors. This one was very good, very funny.
92. The Great Dane Thor by Walter Farley - From the author of the Black Stallion series, the story of a boy and a dog who take on a pair of poachers.
93. Voyager in Night by C.J. Cherryh - A tale of human contact with strange alien entities. Bizarre but clever. Recommended.
94. Star Trek: Shadows on the Sun by Michael Jan Friedman - Good, but not great.
95. Marty Party in Space - A very silly comic featuring Marty Stuart (a country music star) in space. It was quite nonsensical, but Marty Stuart fans would probably get a kick out of it.
96. Lessons in Love by Marion Chesney - Regency romance. Okay, but not as good as the previous Chesneys I've read.
97. The Mark of Merlin by Anne McCaffrey - Another of her non-sci-fi novels, this one a mystery set in New England during WWII. It was alright, but I probably won't read it more than this once.
98. Cousin Kate by Georgette Heyer - Regency romance with a gothic twist. While this book was very much its own entity, it reminded me of both Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights. It was very good; my favorite Heyer so far.
99. People of the River by W. Michael Gear and Kathleen O'Neal Gear (from The First North Americans series) - This is a really enjoyable series.
100. The Magic Engineer by L.E. Modesitt, Jr. (from the Saga of Recluce series) - Very slow-paced, but good. |
